It is supported by the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) and the University of British Columbia (CMMT) (Team involved: joint IGMM\/LIRMM\/IMAG \"Computational Regulatory Genomics\" team; Bertrand\/Lecellier at IGMM).<\/li>\n<li>The international consortium FANTOM is based at RIKEN Yokohama (Japan).
