We are proud to announce that Alexia KINOO has been awarded the SFH<\/a> Prize 2026 for her outstanding work entitled: \u201cZEB1 drives terminal erythroid maturation by controlling the GATA2-KLF1 regulatory switch\u201d<\/p>\n

This project was developed in Eric Soler's team<\/a> at the Institute of Molecular Genetics of Montpellier (IGMM)\/Montpellier University (UM)<\/a>, and was part of a collaboration with the teams of Sandrina Kinet and Naomi Taylor (IGMM\/UM),<\/a> and Olivier Hermine and Thiago Trovati Maciel (IMAGINE\/Paris Cit\u00e9 University)<\/a>.
\nThese findings highlight a key role for ZEB1 in the fine regulation of terminal erythropoiesis, offering new insights into the molecular mechanisms governing erythroid differentiation.
